This week in our special little Mediterranean Bistro & Restaurant in Green Valley we are serving up a Greek Special* that we have not mad in quite awhile. And believe us when we tell you, it is worth the wait…

This Week’s Specials

$18 Chicken Picatta Chicken Breast Paillard (pounded thin), coated in Panko bread crumbs for and extra golden crispiness and topped with lemon and capers. Refreshing, light and delicious– A trifecta of flavor! Served with a house salad (or soup, when available), potatoes, and vegetables. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$22 Scottish Salmon Grown in Scottish waters, when we cut our fillets we can smell the fresh Peat in the meat- its wonderful. Oven--poached and topped with our Buerre Maison, compound butter with Lemon, Parsley and Thyme. Served with a house salad (or soup, when available) , potatoes, and vegetables. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Thursday through Saturday Only

*Nick and Jen are making Greek Pastitsio – sometimes called “Greek Lasagna.” What is it? Layers of pasta and savory ground meat with cinnamon and nutmeg, all topped with a creamy bechamel and baked to golden brown. Its a family favorite, and comes as a 3 course Greek Dinner for $23.00. Includes a baby greek salad, the pastitsio, fasolia (greek green beans), and a triangle of baklava. Call to reserve yours, we will have only a limited number available each evening.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: Swiss Cheese – Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order, and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you. $12

For dessert this week: Wiggle Whiskey bundt cakes ( WOW! Do they sell out fast) and White Chocolate Raspberry Torte.
