Two favorites this week at the Bistro…

Isn’t this weather absolutely wonderful? What better time to return to some truly delicious specials at our little Green Valley restaurant; a couple of favorites that always please.

This Week’s Specials

$18 Chicken Picatta Boneless, skinless chicken breast paillard (Pounded thin), tossed in panko bread crumbs and cooked until golden brown. Finished with a light lemon and caper butter butter sauce hinted with a splash of white wine. Served with a house salad, mashed potato, and vegetable. Available after 4:30pm.
$24 Nick's Prime Rib Our certified Angus Beef Prime Rib as only we can make it. Accompanied with au jus and a creamy horseradish sauce. Served with house salad, potato, and veggies. You’ve no doubt heard the rumors. Guess what? They’re true. It IS that good! Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: Spanish Manchego Cheese – Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order, and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you. $12

For Desserts this week you can look forward to a piece of Pumpkin-Cranberry Stack and our new favorite, Chocolate Peppermint Stack Cake. Yummm!
