As our mild weather begins to fade and the snowbirds begin their migrations, we here at The Olives Bistro want to take time this week to celebrate all things new that Easter brings, and has brought, to us (And we’re not talking about bunnies). In celebration of this joyous occasion, we’re serving up some specials that are to delight the palette…

This week’s specials

$20 Pasta Primavera Garden fresh Spring vegetables ( bell peppers, broccoli, green onion, squash) are sautéed lightly and then tossed with Linguine and a smooth cream sauce, then topped with aged Parmesan cheese. Served with a house salad. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$23 Scottish Salmon This week we are oven-poaching our Salmon, bringing out its creamy texture. Served with a house salad (or soup when available), and our 'Sunset' blend potatoes: red, sweet, and gold potatoes, mixed with mild bell peppers and sautéed 'til crisp. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY!!!

$18 Guinness-battered COD Fillets The batter is made with yeast-rich Guinness Beer making for a sweet, tart, crispy crust. Served with Tartar sauce, french fries, and a house salad. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: Spanish Manchego Cheese​​​​​​ – $13

About Burger Wednesday: Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you.

FISH FRIDAYS ARE BACK!!! – Fish fry-day lunches are back. 2 to 3 pieces of delicious beer-battered Cod, served with french fries and fresh slaw. Only Fridays at LUNCH – ONLY $13.

For desserts this week: we have Mango Moussecake!Delish!.
