This week at The Olives Bistro

Thank goodness for the Rain! Its so lovely in the Desert when they come; the sky and the landscape are equally stunning. With the heat and humidity so high, the Patio is closed most days and nights at our sweet little Green Valley restaurant. This does mean that seating is limited inside, so be sure to call early for your reservations…

This week’s specials

$17 Sausage & Peppers Sweet Italian Sausage, fresh Bell Peppers, Garlic and Onions. Yumm. Served with Nick & Jens rich Red Sauce over Spaghetti and a house salad. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$18 Greek Chicken Baked slowly and topped with feta cheese, this boneless/skinless Chicken Breast is so tender and delicious thanks to our amazing marinade your mouth should already be watering. Served with a house salad, potatoes and vegetable. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: Spanish Manchego Cheese – Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order, and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you. $12

For dessert this week: Our Amazing Almond IPA Cake.

FISH FRY Fry-Days have now come and gone!
