This week at The Olives Bistro in Green Valley, we’re serving up a delicious dish that is an all-time favorite of ours and anyone who has had it. If you haven’t had it for yourself, we encourage you to do so this time around…
This Week’s Specials

$18 Chicken Piccata Paillard (pounded thin) chicken breast rolled in crispy Panko bread crumbs, sautéed to a golden brown and topped with lemon-caper butter. Mmmmm. Served with all the usual goodies. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$21 Spotted Bass Fillet A wild-caught Sea Bass, which is common in cold waters off of southern Africa giving it a somewhat delicate flavor, complimented with a fresh and zesty Gremolatta (parsley & lemon zest). We sauté the fillet to perfection and serve it with our yellow, white, sweet potato blend, as well as a house salad (or soup) and vegetable. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more.

SATURDAY NIGHT SHANKS! Nick’s making em special, and they are mouthwateringly amazing. Oven-braised overnight with his special blend of vegetables and seasonings and served with mashed potatoes and oven-roasted vegetables, and a baby greek salad. – ONLY $21!

About Burger Wednesday: Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and topped each week with an ever-changing selection of interesting cheeses and served with a lil’ something on the side. We serve them until we run out– which happens fast!

For desserts this week: We have some of that ​​​​​​​AMAZING Chocolate-Peanut Butter Mousse Pie. As always, be sure to ask your server what other awesome desserts we have available.
