It’s been pretty crazy, busy here at one of Green Valley’s Favorite Restaurants. We thought it only appropriate to serve up one of our favorite recipes…

This week’s specials

$19 Coq au Vin We bake our all natural 1/2 Chicken in red wine with fresh thyme and finish it with a velvety, rich sauce. Its a favorite recipe around here! Served with a house salad, potatoes, and vegetables. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$18 Dover Sole Provencal Delicate fillet of Sole, seasoned in Herbes d' Provence – which include Lavender, Thyme and Sage – and sautéed with fresh tomato slices. Served with a house salad, potato, and vegetable. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: Grana Padano Aged Parmesan – Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order, and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you. $12

For dessert this week: we have Flourless Chocolate Cake, Italian Lemon Creme Cake and Tiramisu.

FISH FRY Fry-Days have now come and gone!
