Winter has come to a close. We may have a few chilly days yet to come, but for the most part, the cold nights are history. In celebration of Spring we are serving up some incredible flavors at out Green Valley Restaurant and Bistro…

This Week’s Specials

$18 Asparagus Risotto A perfect celebration of Spring Flavor! Delicate Asparagus tips and aromatics blended perfectly with Arborio Rice and Parmigiano Cheese. A luxurious bowl to be sure! Served with a house salad. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$20 Pork Chop and Bell Peppers with Red Pesto Center-cut premium Chop, seasoned and pan-seared, then topped with sautéed bell peppers and our very own red pepper pesto. It’s not spicy but it is BIG on flavor. Absolutely delicious! Comes with a house salad, potatoes and vegetables. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
Burger Wednesdays. This week: Topped with Swiss Gruyere Cheese – Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order, and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you. $12

Fish Fry “Fry-days” 2 Beer-battered Cod Fillets, fresh Cole Slaw and French Fries. All for only $12. Lunches only (11:00-2:00pm). Available through April.

For dessert this week:
We’re serving Chocolate-Peanut Butter Mousse Pie and Mango Moussecake. Yum!
