Something Really Tasty This Week…

With the weather so delightfully chilly this time of year, we thought we would serve up some really tasty specials at our quaint, little Bistro in Green Valley…

This week’s specials

$25 Top Sirloin Steak We pan-sear our 8 oz center-cut Steak to your liking, and then top it with a savory Chimichurri sauce - can you say umami? Served with all of the usual suspects: House salad, potato, and vegetable. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$21 Mahi Mahi (Chicken in Wine) in this case, we soak it in red wine and then sear it, slow- bake it, and serve it with the rich and delightful sauce which includes fresh thyme, pearl onions and Crimini mushrooms. Mmmm! Served with a house salad, potato, and vegetable. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. Italian Fontina Cheese. – $13*

About Burger Wednesday: Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you.

*The price of our Pat La Freida custom blended ground beef has increased 23% since we first started selling them, and though we don’t like to, the price must finally rise. :-(

FISH FRY Fry-Day is on! Beer-battered Cod fillets are served with fresh Cole Slaw and French Fries – only $13. Available Fridays at LUNCH only!

For desserts this week: we will have Amazing Carrot Cake and Baklava.
