Something cool for Summer…

The hot Tucson weather is here which means Summertime is right around the corner. So we thought it only appropriate for our little Tapas Bistro Green Valley restaurant serve up some cool specials…

This Week’s Specials:

All of our dinners are served with a house salad, potatoes and a vegetable at our all-inclusive price.

$16 Smoked Beef Brisket Delicious, tender Beef Brisket smoked and slow cooked to a juicy perfection. Served with a house salad, mashed potatoes and veggies. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$16 Catfish We dredge the fillet in a flour/cornmeal mix with plenty of great flavors. Then we fry it to a crispy golden brown and serve it with our own Tartar sauce. Served with house salad, mashed potato and veggies.. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Also for dinner

We have our Seared Ahi fillet and our Greek Spaghetti on the regular dinner menu, and they are very popular! The Ahi is served seared to a slightly warm center. We do cook it further when requested, but its at the guests’ choice. We feel the fish is at its peak flavor and texture only seared. Always let us know how you want yours cooked.

Carrot Cake and the absolute best Bread Pudding

Burger Wednesdays meets Bobby Flay. This week: A Bobby Flay recipe with a thin slice of Pancetta and some Manchego Cheese – $12. Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order, and served on a fresh Brioche bun. This week’s topping: Mature Irish Cheddar Cheese. We sell em at $12 day & night, until they’re all gone.
