All good things must come to an end and this weekend marks one of those occasions for Green Valley. This Saturday night will be the last night Nick & Jen will be working the Bistro. So, in order to bring things to a close to their final week, they are offering up a couple of classic specials you do not want to miss.
FYI- Because this Saturday is their LAST EVENING here, we are already very heavily booked. We are praying the weather is fine so we can open the Patio for more friends to join us in celebrating their goodbye.

Burger Wednesday “Nights”
This week: Jalapeño bacon and Manchego cheese. EPIC!
About Burger Wednesday: Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and topped each week with an ever-changing selection of interesting cheeses and served with a lil’ something on the side. We serve them until we run out– which happens fast!
For desserts this week: We have Baklava, Chocolate Kahlua Toffee Mousse pie, and ice cream topped with either Ammaretto or Franjelico liqueurs.
