In honor of the 4th of July

In celebration of our Nation’s Independence Day – as well as being one of the only restaurants in Green Valley that is open on that day – we’re serving up some dinner classics.

$24 Nick's Prime Rib He taught us well... and he's supervising the kitchen to make sure things get done right. Certified Angus Beef, seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you haven't tried it yet you truly are missing out. Served with a house Salad, baby red potatoes, and fresh sauteed vegetables. Add a Baby Greek to the dinner for just $3.50 more. $18 Fresh Scottish Salmon Fillet You can smell the Peat. This fillet is so fresh you may worry its going to swim right off of your plate! We oven-poach this hand-cut fish, and serve it piping hot, and hopefully, just a tad on the rare side! Served with all of the usual suspects. Add a Baby Greek for just $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

All American Hot Dogs. In honor of our Nation’s Patriots, whose sacrifices and devotion have made this nation great, this Saturday we’re serving up an American Classic: Plump, juicy hot dogs served with
fresh cole slaw on a Brioche bun.

This week we feature Italian Lemon Creme Cake and Chocolate Toffee Kahlua Mousse Pie.

Burger Wednesdays This week: Spanish Manchego Cheese – Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order, and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you. $12
