Greek Week at The Bistro

It’s a big week this week at The Olives Bistro as The Greek himself celebrates his 7th birthday this coming Sunday. In honor of this important milestone and special occasion, we’re serving up some delicious Greek specials this week at our cozy little Green Valley Restaurant…

This week’s specials

$26 Greek Delight 3 Lamb Chops, seared 'Greek style' and served over our fragrantly delicious al dente Greek Spaghetti. Accompanied by a crisp and delicious baby greek salad. Ahhhhhhh!
Available after 4:30pm.

$18 Lemon Rosemary Chicken We sear our plump 1/2 Chicken and then bake it in white wine over a bed of fresh Rosemary; all the while sprinkled lemon peel, gruyere cheese and translucent thin curls of onion bake into the most delicious combination ever. Served with a house salad, potatoes, and vegetables. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: The Greek Burger: Served with Feta Cheese and a Roasted Red pepper. Awesome!. – $13

About Burger Wednesday: Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you.

Friday LunchesRETURN IN MARCH! Fish Fry-days start again for Lenten Days beginning the 1st week of March. Beer-battered Cod Fillets, fresh Cole Slaw and french fries. All for only $13. 

For desserts this week: we ashould have some Limoncello Marscapone Cake and some Baklava! Oooopa!.
