As all of you know we have been struggling to keep our prices both reasonable and affordable. We always strive to provide the best quality and freshest product possible, while presenting prices to you that are as conservative as possible. This hasn’t left a lot of room for profit, but that’s ok, cuz we love what we do, and care a great deal about our guests.
Unfortunately, this past week we have had to make some difficult choices regarding pricing our menu. With our Purveyors adding increased surcharges due to high gas prices, and the recent cold weather killing crops of fruits, vegetables and herbs nationwide, we have been left with no alternative but to raise some of our prices. As of last week, The Baby Greek salad that so many of you enjoy with your Dinner Entrée has been raised to $3.00.
Unfortunately we will be facing the same difficult choice with our Wines, which, since we’ve opened, we have served at just one price for any glass** or bottle**. On March 5th The $6.50/glass or $26.00/bottle will increase slightly to $7.50/glass or $30.00/bottle.
** House Wines priced separately
As we’ve tried to always convey, we truly do appreciate your business and ask that you bear with us please as we do are best to keep the price increases to a minimum. 😉
