Beef prices continue to climb, its in the news and in our face. While we won’t compromise our standards and order a lesser quality product – we use Certified Angus Beef – we are paying the price for it.
As such, it appears the cost of our Prime Rib, Ribeye, and French Dip Sandwich will all, unfortunately, have to be raised. We didn’t want to do it, and thanks to our distributor US Foods, we have been able to resist longer than most restaurants. But prices are still rising and with the slow summer months here we can’t take the loss any longer. Sorry.
