Classic Goodness in Green Valley

Summer is waning and Autumn is right around the corner. In celebration of the cooler mornings, this week we thought we would return to a couple of classics at our quaint, little Green Valley Bistro…

This week’s specials

$24 Lamb Chops Seasoned Greek style with Oregano and lemon, then pan-seared to lock in all that flavor. Ahhhhh, heavenly! Served with a house salad, potatoes, and vegetable. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$18 Classic Chicken Marsala We use a boneless/skinless chicken breast, sautéed until golden brown, we then toss in some Crimini mushrooms and Marsala Wine creating a velvety, smooth pan gravy that is so mouth-watering good you have to try it. Served with a house salad, potato, and vegetable. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: The Jalapeno-Bacon Burger. Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you. $12

For dessert this we have some Flourless Chocolate cakes and Tiramisu.
