With Beef prices making National news of late, we know that there’s a change in the wind that will affect our menu… and your wallet. First, we owe our thanks to our Distributor, US Foods, for doing their best to provide us with quality beef at acceptable prices. Second, we ask you to bear with us as we try to adapt our menu away from most expensive options and focus on what we do very well: offer you fresh and unexpected entrée choices that will keep your palate dancing with excitement to try something out of the ordinary.
As always, let us know what you have a craving for and we will try to meet it! As did Mr. Mauldin this past week when he requested the Salmon with Mango Salsa. Or the time Bonnie and Elliott cornered Nick and cajoled him into doing more Beef Short Ribs the week after Father’s Day! “Those short ribs were soooo great,” Sandy told us, “the knife is an insult to the beef!” We love it!

For desserts this week we have Italian Lemon Cream Cake, and one of Renie’s delicious Cheesecakes. Since we know those will disappear fast, we will have our delicious Tiramisu; which is a light and refreshing follow up for Lunch or Dinner.
