A New Chapter For The Olive Bistro in Green Valley

A changing of the guard has happened at the Olives Bistro in Green Valley. As we said our farewells to both Nick and Jen last week, this week we welcome MJ and her son Derek to the helm. With over 45 years experience in the restaurant business between the two of them, the Olives Bistro is certainly in good hands. And they are proving it with this week’s specials…

This Week’s Specials

$26 Chilean Sea Bass Lightly seasoned, cooked to a delicate perfection, and served with a fresh dill caper sauce topped with feta cheese. Accompanied by soup or salad, roasted potatoes, and fresh broccoli. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more.

$17 1/2 Rack BBQ Ribs We cook them overnight with our custom flavors until they are fall-off-the-bone tender then brush them lightly with a bright Citrus BBQ sauce. Truly amazing! Served with baked potato and coleslaw. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$17 Scottich Salmon Just like Mom used to make– juicy and tender. served with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, soup or salad, and a carrot mixture right out of the pan. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

About Burger Wednesday: Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and topped each week with an ever-changing selection of interesting cheeses and served with a lil’ something on the side. We serve them until we run out– which happens fast!

For desserts this week: We have ice cream topped with either Ammaretto or Franjelico liqueurs and Salted Caramel Cheesecake.
