A few shout outs and farewells…

Before we share this weeks incredible specials with you, we would like to give a few shout-outs and farewells to some of our family of friends:

A “Goodbye” to “the Alaskan Contingent” as they head home to the Spring thaw… see you next Winter! To the beloved Andersons, we miss you as much as you miss the great food and we look forward to having you back real soon! As for the rest, we look forward to the safe return of all of our new friends next year. In the meantime be safe, be well and don’t forget to dream about the Bistro! 😉

This past weekend we helped to celebrate Bob O’Malley’s 70th birthday at the Bistro on Sunday with a Wine-pairings Dinner for 20. What a wonderful time we had.  Congratulations Bob!

$14.00 Porcini and Truffle Mushroom Raviolis A delicious blend of Porcini and Truffle mushrooms sealed in little pillow pouches and cooked to al dente' perfection, sauteed with lots of garlic, served over sauteed fresh spinach & finished with white wine. Available after 4:30pm. add a Baby Greek Salad for only $3 more.
Wednesday thru Saturday we feature:
$15.00 Pan-fried Mesquite Chicken A Half Bird first deboned, then marinated before searing to a golden brown in our cast iron skillet. Just like Grandma’s used to make! Served with house salad, mashed potatoes and green beans. Available after 4:30pm. add a Baby Greek Salad for only $3 more.
