A Favorite Recipe

This week, because we love our guests so much and are so very grateful for your continued patronage, we thought we would serve up something very special this week: Jen’s Favorite Recipe.

This week’s specials

$18 Chicken Mirabella Jen's favorite recipe! we use the All-Natural 1/2 Chicken, Madeira Wine, dried Plums and seared Lemon. The result: a luscious, richly developed feast of flavor (did we go too far?) It really IS delicious. Served with a house salad, Baby Red potatoes, and vegetable. Available after 4:30pm.
$22 Dry-aged Pork Chop Really exceptional, specially curated Pork- it truly eats like a steak! We are so impressed with it. The center cut bone in Chop runs about 10 oz. and doesn't need much seasoning to be terrific. Served with all the usual suspects. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: a very Special Imported Edam Cheese. Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you. $12

For desserts this week we have: Wigle Whiskey Bundt Cake and a Chocolate Kahlua Toffee Mousse Pie. Yum!
