3 Specials This Week at The Bistro

Don’t you just love our Arizona winters! Last week the weather was so mild we seated outside every night- though we ended up starting 3 of the heaters (and have to refill the gas tanks). It was lovely out there; those of us inside were searching for excuses to head out. I hope Mother Nature complies this week as well, we’re serving up 3 specials that would be perfect to enjoy on the patio…

This week’s specials

$22 Tuesday - Wednesday: Stuffed Pork Tenderloin We layer Prosciutto, soft cheese, and spinach into our butterflied loin, then roll and tie it and slow-bake it to total perfection. Once we slice it, we top it with a very light lemon sauce and… ahhhhhhh, it’s soooo good! Served as a full meal. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$26 Thursday / Friday / Saturday: Nick's Prime Rib The Master waves his hand and magic happens. The absolute best Prime Rib ever! But thats what you get for 50 years' practice. Those who’ve had it can testify to its perfection. Those who haven’t… now’s your chance! Served as a full meal. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.
$24 Tuesday - Saturday: Scottish Salmon This week we oven poach our Scottish Salmon then top it with that very same light lemon sauce (unless you just love the Balsamic glaze.). Served with a house salad, potatoes, and vegetable. Add a Baby Greek for only $3.50 more. Available after 4:30pm.

Burger Wednesdays. This week: Sage Derby Cheese – $13

About Burger Wednesday: Pat La Freida Beef (we think it rivals Kobe Beef) cooked to order and served on a fresh Brioche bun and a side of fries. These things sell out every week so be sure to call ahead and order yours so we can hold it for you.

Friday LunchesNO FISH FRY-DAYS ‘TIL LENT BEGINS!

For desserts this week: we will have some Old Fashioned Carrot Cake and quite possible some Mango Moussecake.
